WHAT IS "SAFE"?

"Safe" means that there is sufficient preparation for 
"mistake prevention". But being human is making 
mistakes.  However, when preparation for mistake 
prevention is made sufficient, it's the only "safe" we 
can have.

So "sufficient" is the lowest point of making mistakes. 
Moreover, every time a mistake occurs, we must 
immediately eliminate the possibility of reoccurrence, 
until this capability can be permanently realized and 
maintained.

To achieve this goal, we must have the following 
three things:
1. Computers and telecommunications (such as 
Tianhe Supercomputer and 5G)
2. Software simulators (for example, in aviation, 
nuclear and driverless vehicles)
3. Software automation (such as the ability of 
software robots in ROBACUS to do "immediate" 
simulations)

Together they will establish a "safe" foundation. This 
foundation is what makes people to take risk, as all 
the past sacrifices are the guarantee of future safety.

So the present (self-)sacrifice is worth it!

That is "safe"!
 
       什么是“安全”?

“安全”就是有充分对“防错”的准备。可是人类是会犯错的动物,但当防错是充分的,那是唯一我们只好接受的“安全”。

所以“充分”就是犯错机会的最低点,加上以后每一次犯错都可马上把再犯的可能性除去,一直到这种能力可永久实现和被保持。

要达到这个目标,我们要有以下三样东西:
1. 电脑和电信(如天河超级电脑和5G)
2. 软件模拟器(如在航空,核能和无人驾驶车)
3. 软件自动化(如电算盘里的软件机器人可“马上”模拟的能力)

它们一起将建立一个“安全”的基础。这个基础是人们赶冒险的靠背--以前的所有牺牲是以后安全的保障。

所以以后的(自我)牺牲也值得了!

那就是“安全”!
